Rodent-Proofing

"Termi-Nate’ing" the entry points:

It does not take a very large hole for a Rats/Rodents to entry into your home. Rats/Rodents are quite capable of entering through holes that are the size of a coin,  mice can enter a home through a hole as small as a dime; rats can enter through a hole as small as a quarter. The most successful program is “Full Exclusion” ensuring that No Rodents can get in or out of your home. Once this is Done the Termi-Nating Will quickly began. Some companies offer trapping with out exclusion (Not good) , there a rare accuracies where this maybe the only option.

We will inspect your property to look for any rodent entry points – such crevices, or gaps that are larger than 1/4 inch through which rodents could use to enter your home – and then seal them up making sure to not compromise your homes appearance or ventilation. By Stopping the rodents from entering your property we will have reduced any further increase from outside population and allow us to focus on what is left inside the attic.

Trapping:

When a rodent infestation already exists, some form of population reduction is typically necessary to help control the rodent population already inside the structure. Many factors, especially placement of the traps and types of baits account for the overall success. Rats are very cautious of anything new in their environment and will avoid a New trap so this process could take a few days or up to a few weeks. The technician will install WIFI traps inside your home, allowing you to not be bother by a tech at your house every other day. Times have changed and technology has allow us to receive notification once the rats are caught. Most companies today will have to enter your home 3-4 times a week to check the trap, and increase the chance of disturbing the rodents or damaging your home. Once we received the notification we will promptly notify you and come out to remove the rodents. We never use Rodent Baits/Poison inside home , always after exclusion work is done By not relying on inherently hazardous poisons, we can make sure rodents are disposed of properly, and avoid any unpleasant odors.
